Welcome to the G+D Puzzles blog! My name is Dag Rasen, and together with my wife Gro, we are the founders of G+D Puzzles. We are passionate about puzzles and have created a brand that reflects our love for this timeless pastime.
Our journey with G+D Puzzles began with our shared love of puzzling. Gro and I have always enjoyed sitting around the table and working on puzzles, especially when family and friends are around. We found that puzzling not only provided us with a way to relax and unwind, but it also brought people together in a fun and engaging way.
This shared passion for puzzles eventually inspired us to start our own puzzle brand. We wanted to create puzzles that were not only challenging and fun to work on, but also reflected our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Our goal was to create a puzzle brand that would not only bring people together, but also provide them with a meaningful and memorable puzzling experience.
However, our journey with G+D Puzzles is not our first foray into entrepreneurship. Prior to starting G+D Puzzles, I had built a successful business in Florida under the "Scaleit" brand name. The business focused on software development and sales, and I was responsible for building the brand from the ground up.
My experience with Scaleit taught me many valuable lessons about entrepreneurship and has shaped my approach to building G+D Puzzles. I have learned the importance of quality and customer service, and have applied these principles to our current venture. My past experiences have also taught me how to adapt to new challenges and markets, which has been invaluable as we navigate the puzzle industry.
Starting a new business in the puzzle industry has been both challenging and rewarding. The puzzle industry is highly competitive and constantly evolving, but we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
